About me

I am a Product Designer & UX Lead, Product Analyst from Kiev, Ukraine based now in Berlin, Germany.

More than seven years I help to create and evolve products that make human life/future better and brighter. My job is to create complex solutions for both types of companies startups that start from scratch and for companies that want to develop and improve their performance, user interaction and conversions (B2B , SaaS, B2C). I worked with such industries - Fintech, E-commerce, Marketplaces, Blockchain ICO, Gaming, Gambling, Insurance, Real Estate. As a plus I have strong skills in product analytics which helps me generate data-driven solutions and build strong hypothesis for user testing.

I am striving to create products that will make our future better!

I have started my path into design as a branding and graphic designer. But when I discovered an interface design for myself I was fascinated how it could change and simplify peoples lives and make products more accessible for all kind of people. I had applied to Artkai agency as a branding designer but then changed my area of work and proceeded as a junior UI/UX designer. While working in Artkai I grew up to the Senior Designer role and even took a a Team Lead position. I had worked in Artkai on different industries such fin-tech, e-commerce, real estate. While I was working in Artkai agency I discovered for myself data analysis and product analysis. I have finished the courses in our Ukrainian Projector Institute regarding basics of data analysis and analytics. I was passionate about data and collecting them, analyzing , make data driven hypothesis and measuring the changes in product after implementations of ideas. Since then I decided to work more with products and combine UX methodologies and practices with data analytics. So I went to other company Hexagon Agency which offered me to create growth design (CRO) department together. In Hexagon agency I worked with such industries like gaming, gambling and e-commerce, insurance. There I was able to try a/b testing, data analysis and deep qualitative user testing. It was super fun, we successfully created Growth Design department which was oriented on deep learning of products within UX methodologies and data analytics. We applied this on different products like Foxtrot (e-commerce chain in Ukraine), Betmaster.io and Hub888 gambling products.But it still was a design agency process in most cases and I wanted to have a long term relationships with my product. So I decided to pick for myself fintech area to concentrate and got a job in Raiffeisen Bank. Currently I work at Raiffeisen Bank, Ukrainian Branch. I work there almost for year and loved the digitalization of industry. I am striving to create and work on products that will make our future better!
